Rights of Refusal
If, after the work is completed, the client does not wish to purchase the work, they may refuse the created artwork. In that case, the artist will retain the refused artwork and 75% of the total payment, free of any claims or interests of the client.
Copyright
Commissioned artwork is for personal use only (posting on social media, for profile photos, etc. NFT use is prohibited). In no case should my artwork be for anything AI-related. Works intended for commercial use will be charged differently. The artist will still retain the rights to display artwork in their portfolio and social media. The client may NOT reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes without the prior approval of the artist.
If the client is interested in commercial/professional use, they will inform the artist beforehand.
Timeline
Each artwork will take at least 3 weeks (or more, depending on complexity). Rushed commissions will be priced more.
There are three stages of submissions:
Sketching
Coloring Draft (applying base colors)
Final Part (rendering)
Revisions can be done during and after the sketching and coloring draft stages. The artist will be waiting for the client’s approval before proceeding for the final stage. Any major revisions after the finished artwork has been made will incur additional charge. Minor changes (that doesn't affect 30% of the artwork) may be done free of charge.
Payment Amounts
Fee will be based upon size and complexity of completed work. Prices can change based on complexity. Parties will agree to price in writing prior to the commencement of the artwork.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of one-half of the selling price is required before work commences. Payment in full is due upon receipt of artwork(s).
